Online ordering

Online ordering is a service aimed at making access to the chosen fixtures and fittings more easily available to the retail network. The word chosen is however very important. Together with the client we jointly decide which items should be available for ordering. Even though access to the online ordering website requires an appropriate personal password, which is only distributed to the staff chosen by the client, there is still no goal to make all items available. Some products should simply not be available online, they need to be handled in proper projects.

M2 can also take on the responsibility to warehouse and distribute VM material and other goods supplied by the client or other third parties. The needs for online ordering vary between different types of clients. Luxury brands mainly focus on maintenance items, consumables and VM campaign materials, whereas rollout clients will also involve online ordering of spares and selected loose fixtures and accessories, as well as giving their markets the opportunity to order complete Shop Points and smaller Shop in Shop kits that do not require any customization or drawing work.
