Project management

Project management means many different things depending on the size of the project and the parties involved. However, it is the distribution of responsibilities between the M2 project manager and the client that has the biggest impact on the scope of work to be carried out by M2. It is of the utmost importance that the client, M2 and all other parties involved reach a consensus regarding who is responsible for what in order to meet the expectations of the project. We therefore take time to discuss the scope in advance with the clients and document the allocation of responsibility, either through general Ways Of Working or, in the case of luxury/flagship stores, an individual project contract.

Project management with a full scope normally contains the following main areas:

  • Cost Control and Budget Follow-Up
  • Quality Responsibility
  • Time Planning and Time Monitoring
  • Project Communication Responsibility
  • Permit Approvals
